Hospice L&A is offering a Bereavement Support Group

Are your grieving the loss of a loved one?
You are not alone.  In our group sessions you will have the opportunity to
share your losses in a supportive, compassionate and confidential environment. 
The eight week group sessions are open to both men and women and
will begin on March 13th.
There is no cost to participate in this program

Do you know someone living with a life limiting illness?
Want to help but don't know how?

Hospice Lennox & Addington is presenting an education session for those
interested in becoming a Hospice Volunteer or learning  more about end of life
issues. The course runs for 10 weeks starting on
Monday March 12th  and ending on Monday May 14th.
Classes run from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

There is a nominal fee of $40.00 to cover the cost of all course materials.
A commitment of the 10 weeks is required.
Our students have found this to be a very informative learning experience,
and includes guest speakers on a range of topics.

GATHERING OF VOLUNTEERS - LAST TUESDAY EVERY MONTH

Hospice Lennox and Addington will be hosting a “Gathering of Volunteers” the last Tuesday of every month from 1:00pm-2:30pm. Please pop by for updated information and support! Looking forward to seeing you there!

WE'RE LOOKING FOR LOSERS! 16TH ANNUAL "DUMP THE PLUMP"

In support of Hospice L & A

Enter a team of 4 people and/or enter as an individual!

The winner in each category will receive CASH!

This year, weight loss will be calculated by percentage of body weight lost,

which is the new standard way to measure weight loss.

Whether you have a little or a lot to lose, you can WIN BIG!!!!!

Contest runs from January 9th until June 11th, 2012

Weigh in days are the SECOND MONDAY of each month at our office:

91 B Dundas St from 8am until 8pm.


Entry for a team is $100 ~ Individuals $25
